If you would like to take part in our art show, please fully complete your details in the Art Entry  Form below and once your entry fee is accepted you will be registered. The deadline for submissions for this event is July 18, 2022.   After your registration, a confirmation email will be sent.  

MAA is not responsible for shipping or delivering purchased items. Someone from MAA will notify you when you have sold art. Curbside pickup in the Southwest Washington area will be arranged by the artist and buyer. If shipping is required and agreed upon, get an estimate for packing and shipping, plus insurance. Send that info to Debbie Morales ( She will contact the buyer with a PayPal invoice. Once the invoice is paid, she will contact you and you can ship the art. Treasurer, Debbie will reimburse you for shipping costs. Notify webmaster, Angela Swanson of the shipment and provide her with the tracking number.

NOTE: If you have problems with the form, please clear the cookies on your browser history and refresh then try it again.  If that doesn't work then forward the pictures of your art and information required in the form below in an email to Angela Swanson at  Direct all questions to Angela as well.
